Ashley Williams

Yog Padma (Ashley) is a 500 E-RYT, completing her studies in the hearts and roots of yoga both Bali and India.  She has been teaching for over eight years globally including South America, North America, Thailand, and India.  She teaches a variety of styles of yoga including classical Hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and nidra.  Her goal is to guide others toward balance and harmony with themselves and the universe using a holistic practice connecting the mind, body, and spirit.  She incorporates asanas, pranayama, meditation and sound with mindfulness using both traditional and modern philosophies to bring as much ease, discipline, and enjoyment to the students as possible.  Her love and passion for yoga and her students radiates through in her teaching style, where she encourages her students to build greater self-awareness, peace, and love while providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment.  

 

She is also a certified trauma and somatics practitioner, thai masseuse, and sound healer, all of her instruments hand picked by her in India. Her mission in life is to be of service to others and bring healing and connection to Mother Earth.
