For the past six years, I have taught group exercise classes in fitness/wellness centers and corporate facilities. I enjoy teaching a variety of class formats, from step and hi/lo aerobics, to muscle sculpting. My attitude for every class is to make it as fun as possible so that the students forget they are "working out." I have never taught the same routine twice and I enjoy the continuous challenge of creating safe, fun and beneficial fitness experiences for people of all ability levels.   In addition to group exercise, I also teach yoga. My training is through YogaFit which blends my interests in Vinyasa-style yoga with a "fitness format." I lead all of my classes in the YogaFit style with warm-up, work and cool-down components. My classes are designed for individuals of all levels, with the intention of finding balance in body and mind.  Â
