I love teaching boot camp classes and currently work at two gyms teaching full body strength and conditioning with TRX, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Bosu, medicine balls, and mini bands. I also work at a rock climbing gym teaching half-hour Core classes with kettle bells. My clients range from over 50, needing various modifications to younger 20-year-olds who love extreme challenges. I am also just as comfortable, creating a workout plan with no equipment, just body weight. Below is my bio from the website link provided.
Gym Bio:
Nery (pronounced "Netty") is a fitness aficionado whose passion for movement is matched with her dedication to forming meaningful connections. Growing up as an only child, she discovered the power of sports as a means to forge unique bonds with others. Apart from strength and endurance classes, Nery derives pleasure from various activities such as cardio boxing, rock climbing, and Latin dancing, especially salsa. However, movement is not just a hobby for her; it's her driving force and a fun way to form camaraderie. Nery is on a mission to instill that passion for purposeful movement in each of her clients, emphasizing proper form and intensity.
Bootcamp Bio:
Nery's approach is all about conquering the clock and surpassing personal bests. Her high-intensity timed workouts guarantee you will feel the burn. She ensures that each routine includes core conditioning, which is a fundamental tool for all exercises whether functional, strength, or power exercises, and a great tool to avoid injuries. She loves incorporating a variety of exercises to keep Bootcamp classes exciting and challenging.
