From the moment I stepped onto the court as a collegiate basketball player, I knew that fitness was more than just a passion—it was a way of life. My dedication to the sport taught me the value of hard work and discipline, setting the stage for my lifelong commitment to physical fitness.
After my college basketball career, I began my career as a sports performance coach. This role allowed me to work closely with athletes, using advanced training techniques to help them reach their full potential. It was an incredible experience that sharpened my skills and deepened my knowledge of performance training.
After that, I was eager to challenge myself in new ways. That’s when I dove into strongman competition. Competing as a strongman for a year was one of the most intense and rewarding experiences of my life. Making it to the national level was a testament to my dedication and perseverance, and it gave me a profound understanding of strength training and athletic conditioning.
Today, I focus on general personal training and small group training. I love working with individuals and groups to help them achieve their fitness goals, whether they’re aiming for improved strength, better endurance, or overall wellness. My approach combines the lessons I’ve learned from basketball, strongman training, and sports performance coaching, tailoring each program to meet the unique needs of my clients.
My journey through fitness has been diverse and fulfilling, and I’m excited to continue helping others discover their own path to health and performance.
