I am currently employed in my 13th year by College of the Siskiyous in Northern California as the tennis, racquetball, and badminton instructor. In 2003 I was awarded the Northern California USPTA Rookie Pro of the Year award. I have owned and operated two successful Northern California tournaments for the past sixteen years; the Mount Shasta Hardcourt, and the Alpine Doubles. These tornaments are run concurrently on four different sites. During parts of the last four summers I have been the visiting tennis pro for Pebbles in Jamaica three times, FDR in Jamaica once, Viva Azteca on the Mexican Caribbean once, and the Sandpiper in Barbados twice. In my free time, in addition to playing tennis, I enjoy scuba, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing. I understand what it takes to serve, welcome, and encourage guests of all levels who come to the courts for activities, play, and lessons during a typical resort tennis session.
