My name is Laura Hars and I have been Group Fitness instructor for 30 years. Below are a few bulleted points about my background:

  • Created and managed an all-female group fitness program for a large township in NJ for 20 years
  • Implemented a “Thin It to Win It” Program for the township. Ran this exercise and weight loss program for 10 years. Some participants lost as much as 40 pounds in a 16-week timeframe
  • Started an inclusive fitness program for disabled adults. Some of the participants had both physical and mental challenges. They joined the ongoing township exercise program twice a month
