Cynthia Rodgers

Cindy holds an M.S. in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. She is also a Board-Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her certifications include 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Balanced Body Reformer 1, and soon-to-be Reformer 2 certification.

She is also a 5th-degree black belt in American Tae Kwon Do and was a professional competitor and Women's World Champion of the North American Sport Karate Association. She also teaches T'ai Chi and Women and Children's Self-Defense Classes.
