I am a 200 hour RYT through Yoga Alliance, specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow, Yoga Body Sculpt, Bikram Yoga, Gentle restorative yoga, and Pranayama Breathwork. I currently teach seven classes a week, three of these are yoga.  Formerly, I taught up to 15 classes per week. 

Additionally, I am Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Schwinn Cycle Instructor.  My other current four classes I teach each week is a total body workout called Pure Strength, two HIIT classes, and a Mat Pilates class.  I frequently pick up sub requests including cycle, but my true passion is yoga due to of all the benefits it has playing a powerful role in overall wellness because it works on multiple layers of health at the same time -- physical, mental, emotional, and even social -- truly fitting the description of holistic wellness.

I enjoy passing this passion on to the members and students I teach, and watching them succeed through their challenges, gaining both benefits of staying healthy physically and mentally.
