I am a proud mama to three and a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast! I’ve been teaching in some capacity since 2015 and my love and passion for it has only grown. I started with Spin and have since have trained for and taught barre, cardio rebounder (trampoline), Pilates - Reformer and infrared heated mat Sculpt. I believe that movement is medicine for all - it’s healing, rejuvenating, energizing, and grounding. I love group fitness because a group of individuals of all different backgrounds and skill levels can come together to create a really beautiful positive energy - and then we all take that energy out into the world with us!
