Diane La von

Hello, my name is Diane La Von. I started dance at age 5 and started performing professionally in ballets at 8 years old. I moved to NYC in 2004 to pursue a degree in dance and completed my degree at CUNY hunter in dance in 2008. I have various certificates in yoga (200 hour), PT ncsf, nutrition, Pilates mat, barre, boxing and group fitness. I believe this experience and working in NYc makes me uniquely qualified to work with all ages and levels, along with my 8 years teaching with equinox.
