I am an avid yoga practitioner, practicing for over 20 years and am a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor. My education background includes Nutrition, Psychology and Communications.  I have been employed in Fortune 500 corporations for over 20 years - and most recently teaching yoga at Centre Club in Libertyville Illinois. Highlights include:
