I grew up in Long Island, New York and went to college at the University of Arizona where I completed a BA in Communication. After college, I moved back to New York, where I completed a Masters of Science degree in Heath Education. I started my fitness career over 20 years ago as a personal trainer while attending grad school. While starting and successfully maintaining a personal training business, as well as a dog walking business, for 11 years in New York, I would visit friends in LA. I developed a love for the West Coast along with the yearly active outdoor lifestyle it offered. After 11 years, I decided to leave my businesses, friends and family and move to Los Angeles. After over 9 years in LA, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. I am passionate about health and fitness. I am dedicated to helping people of all ages live their life to the fullest in the healthiest way possible. I believe fitness is a way of life by making it an enjoyable, fun, and creative experience for anyone I work with. In my free time, I enjoy the lifestyle LA has to offer with hikes, beach volleyball, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and surfing. I also loves to travel and experience new places, cultures, and people.
