Hi! 

My name is Elizabeth and I believe "movement is life".  Moving our bodies and being active keeps the happy endorphins flowing and increases our overall well-being.  When we challenge our bodies we can actively become the best version of ourselves. 

 

I have been active through sports, hobbies, and a variety of modalities well over three decades: running, aerobics, weight lifting, kick boxing, Cross Fit, and pilates.  Just for fun I got certified to teach Turbo Kick, a class that combined boxing moves with high cardio output.  That all came to a screeching halt. A few years ago, after an extended illness, I had to stop all activities because I was physically unable to do anything that I had done in the past.  It took almost five years to get back to "normal" and when I could finally exercise again I attended my first Zumba class.  I fell in love with Zumba, my instructors, and the community of ladies that attended the classes.  A flame was lit and I took that fire and decided to get certified!  It was from one of those first instructors that I learned about Fit Pro Travel and I knew that was exactly what I wanted to do!  Share my love of fitness with beautiful people from all over the world.  I absolutely LOVE teaching Zumba and seeing the smiles on the faces of my participants.  I also do a HITT workout again and enjoy the strength that comes from doing barbell and endurance workouts.
