Hello!
I am a certified yoga instructor, certified to teach Hatha, Power, Flow/Vinyasa and Yin yoga. I was certified in 2020, and began teaching that same year. I now have about 5 years of experience and work at Oxygen Yoga Kensington in Burnaby BC. I have a strong appreciation for the history and culture behind yoga, and I pride myself in bringing a blend of relaxation and mindfulness, as well as physical skill into my yoga instruction. I want my practitioners to walk away feeling grounded and refreshed.
Fitness is very important to me. I spend quality time in the gym, maintaining my strength and fitness levels. I take pride in my physical body, and hope to inspire others as well.
My full time job is a high school teacher. I teach Career Education, including healthy-life balance, and I am the Athletic Director at my school. Teaching has definitely been my calling!
I love to travel. I wish to see the world!
