I am a certified Yoga Instructor with extensive training and experience in guiding mindful, accessible movement for students of all levels. My yoga training emphasizes safe alignment, breath-led movement, and nervous system regulation, allowing me to create classes that feel both grounding and empowering. I have experience teaching a variety of styles, including slow flow, gentle practices and Bikram. With a strong focus on building strength, mobility, and body awareness. Through intentional sequencing, clear cueing, and a compassionate approach, I support students in developing a deeper connection to their breath, bodies, and inner resilience.

 

I am a Breathwork Facilitator dedicated to creating safe, grounded, and supportive spaces for deep release and self-connection. Through conscious connected breath, I guide individuals and groups to move stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and access greater clarity, emotional release, and inner balance. My approach is intuitive and trauma-aware, honoring each person’s unique experience while encouraging gentle exploration and self-trust. I facilitate breathwork journeys, women’s circles, corporate wellness sessions, and retreats, inviting participants to slow down, let go of what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their inner wisdom through the power of breath.
