Yoga for me is being incredibly mindful of your body. Finding a relationship with the physical body, which in turn connects you to your consciousness. It’s a time during the day when you focus on yourself. To be able to breathe and move with intention. To create an awareness of your limitations, and the challenges that you are able to bring upon yourself. It is your practice, and you make it as you want it to be.

My teaching style is influenced by a mixture of Vinyasa, Myofascial Integrated Aligned (MIA) Yoga, Functional Yoga, Acroyoga, mobility, Pilates, inversions, and arm balances. Body movement, alignment, muscular isolation, and myofascial lines are what I like to bring into the class.
