Stéphanie Guyere

She studied law and political science in France (Université de Nancy and Institut d'Etudes Politiques d'Aix-en-Provence).

She has been working in hospital administration for over 20 years.

She is a sportswoman, regularly running and mountain biking, and I also take fitness classes.

She is passionate about yoga, which is more than just an activity for her, it's a state of mind, a path she strives to follow. Shé has been practising yoga regularly for over 20 years, particularly Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. She has travelled many countries over the years, and it was through these that she discovered yoga. She practised  it in various forms in the United States, the United Kingdom and also in several Club Med resorts. It was in this way, thanks to Mar, an experienced teacher, that she discovered Fitbodies.

 

She chose to train herself  to “learn to learn” this discipline. This is in response to her intellectual curiosity and, of course, with a view to becoming a teacher. For the moment, it's a sideline to her work.

What also characterizes her is that she has been practising dance since she was a child, it's an art she loves deeply and it brings a special touch to her asana practice.

Yoga, as she teaches it, is a practice and a philosophy of life, consisting in taking care of body and mind, harmonizing energies, tending towards a certain serenity and well-being, feeling good with oneself and in the world. All this with simplicity, enthusiasm and conviviality : her aim is to accompany you through these exercise and meditation sessions, so that you can find a little of your own inner peace. It's about taking a moment for yourself and creating a social bond at the same time.

It's never too late to start, or to get back into it. Yoga is for everyone !
