I studied law and political science in France (Université de Nancy and Institut d'Etudes Politiques d'Aix-en-Provence).

I have been working in hospital administration for over 20 years.

I'm a sportswoman, regularly running and mountain biking, and I also take fitness classes.

I'm passionate about yoga, which is more than just an activity for me, it's a state of mind, a path I strive to follow. I've been practising yoga regularly for over 20 years, particularly Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I've travelled many countries over the years, and it was through these that I discovered yoga. I practised it in various forms in the United States, the United Kingdom and also in several Club Med resorts. It was in this way, thanks to Mar, an experienced teacher, that I discovered Fitbodies.

 

I chose to train myself to “learn to learn” this discipline. This is in response to my intellectual curiosity and, of course, with a view to becoming a teacher. For the moment, it's a sideline to my work.

What also characterizes me is that I've been practising dance since I was a child, it's an art I love deeply and it brings a special touch to my asana practice.

Yoga, as I teach it, is a practice and a philosophy of life, consisting in taking care of body and mind, harmonizing energies, tending towards a certain serenity and well-being, feeling good with oneself and in the world. All this with simplicity, enthusiasm and conviviality : my aim is to accompany you through these exercise and meditation sessions, so that you can find a little of your own inner peace. It's about taking a moment for yourself and creating a social bond at the same time.

It's never too late to start, or to get back into it. Yoga is for everyone !
