I am dedicated to the practice and teaching of yoga. I believe that all people should incorporate yoga into their lives to manage stress and allow for a deeper connection to the mind and body. I have been teaching at Corepower for many months now and absolutely love it. My students inspire me and have helped me grow as an individual as well as a teacher. Through my yoga practice, I have learned that slowing down and connecting to my breath helps me slow my mind and connect to my inner self. I strive to empower my students each class and let them feel however they may feel that day. I love the yoga community and love connecting with others who enjoy the practice.
