Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Fitness Instructor with 10 years experience leading classes and working with clients toward a healthier life. Michael teaches multiple class formats including cycling, core, barbell strength and aqua fitness but especially enjoys working with those aging actively, teaching 10 classes a week to participants over 65. He packs classes dailey at the #1 performing club in the US for a national chain of fitness resorts.
Michael began his own fitness journey morbidly obese and lost half his body weight before becoming a fitness professional himself. Beyond fitness, Michael works in the publishing industry, marketing to educators and librarians across the country. He lives with his family in Central NJ in the US.
