My Name is Angela. I am a fitness professional currently in San Diego County. I love all things fitness mind and body. My husband and I have raised two AHmazing children. I am the Head Trainer at Body Fit Training in San Marcos California. I have always been drawn to the fitness community. I love how we can manipulate our bodies into better health. Now that my children our grown I'm ready to travel and share my passion with the world!!!!!!
