Michelle started her Group Fitness career in 2003 teaching Group Fitness programs (LES MILLS BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, RPM and BODYBALANCE) and later Yoga in 2008. She has always been actively teaching with a big brand chain club in Malaysia. With experience for over 22 years, Michelle is a certified RYT200 hours Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance specialising in Gentle and Restoration Yoga practice. She can teach strengh, core Pilates style or LES MILLS PILATES, breathing (pranayama) and meditation.
Michelle teaches Group Fitness classes part time while holding a full time role managing the Partnership Support team at LES MILLS ASIA PACIFIC. She had a Presenter role in BODYPUMP (strength training) for 7 years presenting in LES MILLS Instructor Quarterly Workshops.
Michelle is passionate in creating a Fitter Planet and inspire others, both the gym members and instructors through their fitness journey, creating best experiences in every class. As a senior instructor, Michelle is Advanced Trained for LES MILLS programs and mentors trainee instructors during the pre-certification pathway.
Michelle believes in sharing the positive vibes of her weekly Yoga class practice to the wider community to enhance flexibility, strength and nourishment for a healthier mind and body.
