I am currently teaching Yoga and Group Fitness (Les Mills) programs actively with a big brand gym in Malaysia. With experience for over 22 years, I am a certified RYT200 hours Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I specialise in coaching Gentle and Restoration Yoga practice and can teach strengh, core Pilates style, breathing and meditation.  

I am passionate to share the positive vibes of Yoga practice to the wider community to enhance flexibility, strength and nourishment for a healthier mind and body. Always looking forward for a great holiday where we can restore and rejunevate our minds, bodies and spirit together.
