- Ms. Abraham has been teaching cardiovascular and strength training for many years. Her ability to motivate group exercise participants to reach their goals is proven through her class structure. Her experience includes both the management and coordination of group fitness classes and now she is teaching a wide variety of fitness classes including cycling, HIIT, plyometrics, spinning, sculpt, strength, and more. She is an active outdoor cyclist too. Participants regularly ask for her to teach additional classes and coach them 1:1. She captains a team annually for the Great Cycle Challenge, raising awareness and funds for Children’s cancer. If not in the studio or on the beach, she is always up for singles or a doubles match of tennis! She is presently halfway through her Yoga200 certification.
