Jacinda teaches Power/Vinyasa, Yin, and YinYasa yoga classes. Her Vinyasa class emphasizes finding a balance between movement and strength, and her Yin class focuses on meditation and stillness. She has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2022. She is a RYT200 with Yoga Alliance, with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and she is currently enrolled in a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training program. All of her classes are designed to allow accessibility for the non-typical yoga population.
