Sharon Van Zeeland

Sharon’s yoga journey began many years ago with a deep curiosity and passion for the practice. This journey led her to complete her yoga teacher training, culminating in her certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance on May 16, 2021. Since then, Sharon has dedicated herself to maintaining and enhancing her certification through continuous teaching and ongoing education, ensuring she remains at the forefront of yoga instruction.

With experience in various forms of yoga, Sharon has developed a particular expertise in Hatha yoga. This form of yoga, known for its focus on channeling energy and balancing the body and mind, is where she truly shines. Her classes support the mind body connection and are designed to help students find inner peace and physical harmony.

Sharon’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience level. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in her classes, where students feel supported and encouraged to explore their own unique paths. Her compassionate approach is evident to all of her students.

Beyond the mat, she is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends workshops and seminars to stay updated with the latest developments in yoga as well as other fitness and wellness endeavors such as cycling and strength training. This dedication not only enhances her teaching but also inspires her students to pursue their own journeys with enthusiasm and confidence
