Hello, I Love my jobs, Im a very kinesthetic person. Yoga is not only my job but my hobby as well. I like to explore new Yoga venues a couple times a month. Bringing new info back for my classes. I have between 20 to 35 people in my classes. I can teach many different type of yoga. From senior yoga to prenatel yoga. I also teach spinning class. I have a great road bike and ride outside. I have done cycle Utah, Montana, and cycle Indiana. My new format that I am learning is Nia or sometimes called Yoga Dance. It is a combo of many different types of dance combined with a free spirit.
