Martina Scenna

I grew up with a passion for movement, competing in soccer and figure skating from an early age. After years of HIIT and weight training, I discovered Pilates and found a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection. With three years of personal practice and one year of teaching experience in both mat and reformer Pilates, I have become deeply committed to helping others improve their overall well-being. Outside of Pilates, I embrace a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating cold plunges, sauna sessions, and yoga into their routine. In addition to fitness, they are dedicated to making a positive impact through my work in the not-for-profit industry.
