Luis Paes

Luis Paes, born on June 5th, 1994, in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, is a professional yoga instructor who brings a wealth of life experience and dedication to his practice. Having grown up in both Brazil and Portugal, he pursued a career in marketing and human resources, working for prestigious companies such as Disney and Red Bull. Despite his success in the corporate world, Luis's passion for yoga remained a constant over the past decade, inspiring him to ultimately leave the business world behind in 2023. His journey to yoga began over ten years ago as a way to find balance and resilience, eventually leading him to become a full-time instructor. He honed his skills at La Casa Shambala, a renowned yoga school based in Thailand, earning a certification from the International Yoga Alliance.
