I am a retired high school principal and father of three daughters. I’ve been involved in fitness for 40 years and played football at the collegiate level. Upon retirement from 30 years in education I decided to follow my passion and start training. I began with a variety of clients from 15 to 85, from performance training to mobility programs. As I became more and more involved I realized my focus and passion really lies with those 35 to 60 looking for a functional and strength building experience that will improve their quality of life. I look forward to instructing what I call “Silver Strength” by Silverback Fitness so others can benefit from a functional and strength based program which supports good cardio, mobility, strength and joint health
