Shawn Burr

I began my Yoga journey at Lahari Yoga Studio (https://www.lahariyoga.ca),  in 2016 while training for my second marathon. I was looking for an activity to help reach my goal, "finishing the race upright and smiling". I'm training this summer to complete a 1/2 Marathon in Banff, Alberta, Canada at the end of September.

In October 2023 I completed another goal, obtaining my RYS200 Yoga Teacher Training certification. My goals is to inspire and lead others along their personal yoga journeys and look forward to meeting and guiding you on your mat. I have the wonderful opportunity to teach both Gentle and Hot yoga flow each week at the Lahara Yoga Studio in Alberta, Canada.
