Timm Fisher

Recently semi retired after being the Head Tennis Professional at the Granite Club in Toronto, Canada for the past 13 years. Also worked at the Tennis Director at the Boulevard Club in Toronto, Canada for 8 yrs. If I'm not teaching or playing tennis, I'm mountain biking or skiing or hiking. Most recently completed the West Coast Hiking Trail on Vancouver island (considered a top ten hike in the world!). Competed in many one day and multiple day mountain bike races. Have skied in Western US, Canada and Europe (and Australia!). I was awarded Tennis Professional of the year in 2011 by Tennis Canada and continue to compete in tennis events and coach part time along with my wife. I have been playing tennis all my life. I spent four years in Australa coaching (while my wife was doing her PhD) and played University tennis here in Canada. I was the MC at the Tennis Canada Year End Coaching conference for 5 yrs. This event brought coaches from all over Canada together for a day of learning, networking and coaching awards. I presented awards and facilitated the event working with guest speakers such as Judy Murray and Robert Lansdorp. I have also ran events at the Granite Club with players such as Denis Shapavalov, Milos Raonic, Brad Gilbert and Patrick McEnroe and Bianca Andreescu.
