Dr. Shelbee Nguyen Voges
I have been teaching fitness since 2001. I have taught a wide variety of formats including tennis, pickleball, meditative practice, sculpt, barbell, step, ecstatic dance, and more. Recently, I focus mainly on vinyasa/yin Yoga and am blackswan yoga certified. Their approach blends mat, primal movement, as well as ashtanga foundations with a variety of Barre, Pilates and mobility formas. Sharing yoga, meditation and pilates with global audiences is a passion and calling. I love helping people feel find comfort and home in their body.
I am also registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT200.
