Tanya Gunter

I was raised in rural Virginia, where I was the first and only girl who played Little League, when on to become a successful scholar athlete at the Division ! college level, playing volleyball, 4 year starter and captain and received Academica All American honors. After college I continued to pursue the balance of physical and mental wellness by pursuing a graduate degree in Counseling. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for 30 years. In 2018, I finished lengthy training in the energy healing practice of Healing Touch. This has been a game changer for my clients and myself. My goal continues to be to facilitate the personal growth and wellness of my clients through the skills and wisdom I have gleaned during my career. 

Personally, I have been married for 28 years, have 3 grown sons, continue to love being active, healthy, travel and find spiritual and personal fulfillment in nature.
