My name is Melissa Burress, and I live in Ithaca, New York. I've been teaching group fitness for 24 years now (please note that I could not get my date of birth to show up - it's actually 2/27/71.) Formats I've taught include step aerobics, body pump, muscle sculpt, tabata, and barre.
