Janelle Lanier is a fitness and wellness professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Breathwork Coach, and certified Meditation Teacher.
Janelle began her career in fitness out of a deep interest in how movement, breath, and mindset affect the body and spirit. Over the years, she expanded her practice to include yoga, meditation, and breathwork to offer a more holistic and sustainable path to wellness.
She has been teaching yoga for 6 years, specializing in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga with Weights, Gentle Flow, Yoga Nidra, and Yin yoga. She has taught breathwork for 3 years and guided meditation for the past year, helping students reduce stress, increase body awareness, and cultivate a deeper connection to self and spirit.
Janelle is passionate about creating accessible, grounding experiences that meet people wherever they are on their journey. Her approach is rooted in both science and soul—blending evidence-based practices with mindful movement and breath to help students feel refreshed, restored, and aligned.
