Having owned a yoga studio and taught for over six years, Janelle has cultivated a deep love for sharing the transformative power of yoga. With over a decade of personal yoga practice, she specializes in Vinyasa yoga, though her expertise spans across all styles, from restorative to more dynamic flows. As a Breathwork Coach and Health Coach, Janelle empowers her clients to tap into their full potential through breathing techniques, movement, and nutrition.

While Janelle’s teaching journey has deeply grounded her in yoga and fitness, her love for travel has also inspired her.
