I am a dedicated yoga instructor with a deep commitment to promoting holistic well-being through evidence-based practices rooted in the eight limbs of Yoga philosophy. As a mother of two young daughters, wife, and friend, I bring warmth, relatability, and a nurturing spirit to each of my classes, creating an environment that fosters self-discovery and personal growth.

Having practiced yoga since my early twenties, I now have the joy of sharing my passion with students at Lahari Yoga Studio, where I teach a variety of styles such as hatha, gentle flow, power flow, yogalates, barre/yoga fusion, yin, nidra and restorative. Additionally, I work with private and corporate clients, tailoring sessions to individual needs to guide them toward physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I also co-host seasonal yoga retreats in the spring and fall, offering immersive experiences in beautiful settings to deepen the practice of our attendees.

With a strong background in nutrition and holistic health, I’m passionate about guiding my students beyond the mat. As a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, I support and empower women through their birthing journey, bringing a deep understanding of mind-body connection into my teachings.

The opportunity to share yoga around the world is a dream come true, and I’m particularly inspired by the chance to teach on the beach, letting nature enhance the experience. I look forward to offering students around the world a transformative practice, one that brings peace, strength, and a deeper connection to self and surroundings.
