Sarah Anisman

Sarah began her Fitness Career in 2005, and holds an M.S. in Sport Psychology from CSU Long Beach. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with specialization in Pilates through the American Council on Exercise (ACE®), American Council on Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC).

Sarah found her home when she was introduced to The willPower Method®, as it infused her passion for sharing the benefits of barefoot movement, smart training, and inviting clients to empower through positive philosophy. Combining her own athletic background with a love for movement and teaching safe, aligned, and fun classes, Sarah has created and developed fitness certification programming for various formats.

She is also a National Course Presenter & Program Writer/Director, and Special Projects Manager for the National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC), Teacher Trainer for The willPower Method®, and a Vibram® FiveFingers® Fitness Ambassador.
