Hannah (she/her) is a lover of learning, passionate about recreation, wellness, sport and health, specifically promoting inclusion and social justice within these realms. Hannah has been an instructor for over 6 years and teaches yoga, aquafit, group fitness, TRX and spin. She has a Bachelor’s of Physical Education and Coaching as well as a Master of Arts in Health, Outdoor and Physical Education. She believes that everyone should have access to meaningful movement, emphasizing listening to your own body and enjoying the classes. Hannah is excited to share in smiles, sweat and community with all of you.
