Passionate yoga instructor with 25+ years of personal yoga practice. In June 2020, completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program through Fire Shaper, a well-known and respected hot yoga studio in Westwood, NJ.  I have continued to teach adult yoga at FireShaper and Real Hot Yoga. I also wanted to share my love for yoga with children so I completed the Nancy Siegel’s Kids Yoga Teacher Training for my RYCT certification in 2022. I am currently working on my Yin Teacher Certification and will be receiving mid-December 2024.
