Melissa’s passion for yoga is contagious, and her smile lights up a room. She is filled with love and kindness, has an empathetic soul, and is an inspiration to others. In early 2015, she began practicing yoga to energize her body physically. Over the years, her commitment to practice evolved and the ‘why’ of yoga became so much more. Yoga is a way of living for her, both on and off the mat. Through yoga, Melissa has discovered that her mind is calmer. She is able to work on letting go of all the heaviness of life that she carries with her and is learning to embrace vulnerability as she sheds layers of conformity to show up in life as her true authentic self.
