My name is Dao Huynh and I joined the fitness industry in 2012 with a passion of sharing wellness with others. I am a certified RYT200 yoga instructor and focus on a variety of yoga styles, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga. My main goal is that people feel better when they leave my class than when they arrived. Breathing is yoga and every living body is capable of breathing. Every body is different and everyone knows their own limits of comfort.
I am passionate about traveling and immersing in new cultures, so I would love to teach yoga on a world wide scale. Regardless of your ability, weight, body type or if it happens to be your first class or your 5,000th, every practice feels different and should be modified to how you feel in that moment. I, as an instructor, should encourage you to feel your best in your practice, whatever that looks like. My goal is to teach safely and efficiently who hopes to receive stellar ratings from satisfied guests.
