Becoming a yoga teacher found me at a time when I needed peace, flexibility, strength and focus. Practicing and teaching has given me a new perspective and energy that I want to share with others. Whenever I have been on vacation, I would take the offered yoga classes wherever I am so that I can add an additional element of self-care to my vacation. Through working with Fit Bodies, Inc. I hope to offer vacation and resort students an opportunity to do something healthy, spiritual and uplifting during their stays. My style is a slow flow, chakra focused yoga that centers the mind, body and soul, while adding flexibility and strength to make the most of our time together. Namaste.
