I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, finding it to be the perfect balance to the demands of a 30-year career as a marketing professional. Five years ago, I decided to deepen my connection to yoga by becoming a certified teacher.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training at the Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre in Hong Kong, where the program was rooted in Hatha yoga principles. Since then, I have continued to expand my knowledge and skills through various workshops and retreats, constantly evolving both my personal practice and my approach to teaching.
My classes focus on breath, balance, strength, and flexibility, providing students with a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind. I currently offer virtual training sessions and teach in-studio classes for students in the Twin Cities. My goal is to create a welcoming space where students of all levels feel empowered to explore their practice and find their own path to well-being.
Yoga has been an invaluable part of my life, helping me navigate the rigors of a fast-paced career and fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and harmony. I am passionate about sharing these benefits with others and guiding them on their yoga journey.
