Jess M

Jess is a Seattlelite who found her way to Denver via New York, Budapest, and DC. When not practicing yoga, walking her dog, or exploring Colorado with her husband, she works as the US Team Lead at Humanitix, the first nonprofit ticketing platform founded in Australia with a US headquarters based here in Denver. Jess always enjoyed yoga growing up but discovered a new meaning after losing my brother tragically and needing a place to heal. YogaSix Edgewater was just around the corner from her new apartment and she immediately found a beautiful community and safe space to grow and heal. Ever since joining the studio as a member, the lead teacher has led a class in honor of Jess's brother for his birthday, playing his music and bringing people together to move and breathe together.

When Jess first joined this studio she dreamt of becoming a teacher and in April of 2024 completed her teacher training. As soon as the training was completed, Jess started teaching at Yoga Six in July 2024.
