Anna Rydzikowska

• 2000-2005: Studied at the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education, specializing in Tourism and Recreation.
• 2005: Completed studies and obtained a Master's degree.
• 2001: Became a fitness instructor.
• 2003: Started working as a fitness instructor.
• 2003: Specialized in tourist service management.
• 2002-2003: Completed a tour guide course and passed the state exam.
• 2006: Opened own fitness club.
• 2006: Became a Fit Ball instructor.
• 2007: Became a trainer for pregnant women.
• 2012: Became a Zumba Fitness instructor.
• 2016: Became a Salsation instructor.
• 2017-2018: Completed postgraduate studies as a personal trainer at the University of Physical Education in Warsaw.
• 2018: Became a Strong Nation instructor.
• 2019: Became an instructor of corrective gymnastics.
• 2023: Became a Circle Mobility instructor.
• 2024 Aqua ZUMBA Instructor

Throughout these years, I participated in numerous fitness conventions. Between 2006 and 2007, I appeared on a TV show hosted by one of Poland's top fitness experts, Mariola Bojarska-Ferenc.
