Bachelor of Fine Art from Oregon State University (OSU) plus completion of AFAA Group Fitness Instruction Certification. Employed with LA|Fitness teaching cycle (spinning), strength (sculpting, kickboxing and step classes. Cross-trained to teach formats such as boot camp and club-box (a circuit training class with the use of heavy bags). Displays a proven passion and dedication to the fitness industry. Focuses on providing fresh, safe and innovative choreography and drill based exercises for each format as well as a high energy, positive and welcoming environment.
