I’m a dynamic and inspiring fitness coach, scientist-turned-consultant, and devoted mom who proves that strength, wellness, and success can be achieved at any age. At 53, I am not only a competitive powerlifter but also a certified indoor cycling, vinyasa yoga, and stretch coach. I blend my passion for science and fitness and help others unlock their physical potential through evidence-based training, motivation, and a holistic approach to well-being.

From Science to Fitness
Before transitioning into the fitness industry, I had a successful career as a scientist, where I  applied analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. My background in science gives me a  deep understanding of how the body works, the importance of proper training, and the physiological benefits of movement. After years in the scientific field, my passion for fitness grew even stronger, motivating me to pursue certifications in indoor cycling, vinyasa yoga, and stretch coaching.

I found the balance between professional life and personal commitment to health and fitness. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I  realized that fitness could not only enhance physical strength but also mental clarity and resilience, qualities she embraced both in the lab and in the gym.

Powerlifting: Strength, Resilience, and Confidence
As a mother and powerlifter, I know that strength isn’t just physical—it's mental and emotional too. I discovered powerlifting later in life and was quickly captivated by the discipline and focus it required. My powerlifting journey has been about building functional strength, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, and setting new personal records with each training session. As a mother, I am  also an advocate for women lifting heavy at any age, encouraging other women to tap into their untapped strength and power.

Powerlifting training is rooted in scientific principles, with a focus on technique, mobility, and progressive overload to ensure safe and sustainable progress. Through this personal journey, she has shown that it's never too late to become stronger and more confident.

Indoor Cycling: Cardiovascular Endurance and Motivation
In addition to strength training, I am  a certified indoor cycling coach who brings high energy, motivation, and fun to each session. As a fitness consultant, I create cycling programs that focus on improving cardiovascular health, endurance, and stamina. My sessions range from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) rides to longer endurance sessions, ensuring that each rider gets an effective and enjoyable workout. I’m committed to promoting heart health ensuring that my  classes are based on solid principles that maximize results.

Vinyasa Yoga and Stretch Coaching: Flexibility and Recovery
Understanding the importance of flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention, I've pursued certifications in vinyasa yoga and stretching. These practices complement my powerlifting and cycling routines by enhancing mobility, releasing tension, and preventing overuse injuries. My yoga practice helps build a mindful connection between breath and movement, while her stretch coaching ensures that clients maintain a full range of motion, improving performance and recovery.

My yoga classes and stretch sessions are carefully designed to help clients improve flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. I integrate yoga and stretching into my own fitness regimen to maintain physical balance, reduce stress, and promote mental well-being—an essential component for long-term fitness and overall health.

Coaching Philosophy: Empowerment, Balance, and Results
My coaching philosophy is rooted in a balanced approach to fitness. I  believe that strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance are all essential parts of a well-rounded fitness program. Drawing from my scientific background and personal experience, I employ evidence-based methods to design individualized programs that help clients achieve their unique fitness goals. Whether it's helping a client with their first powerlifting lift, guiding them through a cycling class, or supporting them in yoga to unwind and stretch, I tailor coaching to meet the needs of each individual.

My approach emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and self-compassion. As a mom and a professional, I understand the importance of time efficiency and consistency, and focus on creating sustainable programs that fit into clients' busy lives while delivering measurable results.
