Megan Babcock

I enjoy inspiring others to improve their health and wellness.  I love teaching vinyasa yoga, and I am certified to teach a variety of group fitness classes.  I currently lead yoga classes for all skill levels from beginner to advanced students. I focus on teaching correct postures to insure maximum benefit and safety. My background and interest in psychology has helped me show students how to make the mind/body experience of a yoga class benefit them in the best way. I love traveling and have been to many locations with my husband of 25 years and two grown children (Audrey 21 and Robbie 16). I am looking forward to combining my love of yoga and fitness with travel as a Fit Bodies teacher!
