Allie Fogel

Allie Fogel has a fierce passion for dance and fitness. With over 20 years of dance experience, she loves inspiring others through the power of movement and truly believes that her classes are for everyBody. Allie is known for her high energy dance fitness workouts and infectious personality. She most recently was the choreographer for Disney's "Create Your World" series and has contributed as a fitness expert for the popular pajama brand, Little Sleepies. Allie is also the creator of "Al Pal," a Youtube channel all about inspiring kids through the magic of movement.  She played the role of “Elmo” on the national tour of Sesame Street Live for many years and also has performed professionally with Nickelodeon and at Disney World. Allie teaches across the national and is also proud instructor for SitGrit, fully seated workouts created with the Spinal Cord Injury Transitions Group of Mount Sinai.
