Judi Knapp

Hi my name is Judi and I'm 46 year old wife, mom to 3 amazing boys, small business owner, cheer coach and health and fitness enthusiasts. I live in beautiful Bend Oregon where we're surrounded by water and mountains with many outdoor activities. I enjoy sunshine, coffee, visiting my oldest son away at college, watching my boys in their many sporting activities, the sport of crossfit where I used to compete, but now I'm doing it for the joy of fitness and TRAVIL! My family and I love tropical vacations! In fact I take a group of women from my gym every year on a tropical fitcation. This vacation is designed to focus on self care, fitness, relaxation and friendship. I spend my days coaching/teaching classes at Cheeky Fitness the gym I own and operate. I have my dream job! I love that I get to work with all ages and fitness levels of people to help them reach their fitness goals. This opportunity would enhance and broaden my passion for helping others live their best fit life.
