Michele Gibbons

Michele is an accomplished international Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach with a passion for making fitness fun and accessible for everyone. Michele studied Sports, Recreation & Exercise at Kerry College in Ireland and holds an iTEC Certificate in Fitness Instructing, an iTEC Award in Instructing Strength & Conditioning Sessions, and a Nutrition Coach Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Having studied ballet throughout her childhood, Michele’s love of dance has continued into her adult life, leading her to become a Certified Barre Instructor and Licensed Zumba Instructor.  

Michele loves creating dynamic, high-energy classes designed to inspire joy and confidence. Her teaching style blends expert technique with an emphasis on positivity and community, ensuring every student feels supported and motivated. Whether you’re grooving to Latin beats in Zumba or toning with precision in Barre, Michele is dedicated to making every workout a celebration of movement and well-being. In her free time, Michele enjoys travel, books, and spending time with her family of 5. Fun fact: Michele has lived and taught fitness in the USA, Ireland, and Italy!
